5'9 at 13 will i stop growing?

im currently 5'9 ive been steadily growing since 6th grade and in the summer i went from 5'7 - 5'9. am i going to stop growing? if so are there any way i can reopen my growth plates or is it truly over.

You won't stop growing just yet because I was around the same height as you when I was your age and now, I'm 6ft and turned 15 the other day but the only difference is that my mum is 5,8 and my dad is 5,11 so it makes sense for me to be this height.
