and what can i do to reach this except good diet and sleep

Do a growth plates check. If they are open hop on Rhgh and AI. Don't overdose like those retards on tiktok who tell you that you have to atleast be on 10iu.

check plates asap. low dose HGH will be your best friend. im 5'8 it's been ropeful for years and my plates closed early at 15 but luckily i ascended and still slayed hella but since you have a girlfriend i dont think you care about it that much but personally id save the trouble and cheat jfl
