I am 5'9 and recently turned sixteen. Is it over (growth plates still slightly open) But I have grown like only half a inch to 0.75 inch in the past year. I obviously know I won't reach 6 foot but genuinely, if I hit 5'10 to 5'11 I'll be happy do you think it's possible even if I come from bad height genetics?

Dad is 5'5, mom is 5'6

was thinking about AI but Is there a point of using it w/o somatropin or do I have to pair it with GH, because can't AI just keep plates open longer and allow more growth

Yeah It's just hard for me to hide the pinning in my household not afraid of the needle though might consider hopping on GH

I know it sounds stupid but if I can't inject GH I might as well take mk 667 as its a form of GH and oral so I can hide it in a basic creatine bottle or something, crazy side efefcts tho
