DHT is proven to be important for cognitive function.

Blocking DHT would in theory reduce cognitive function and there has been papers of 5AR inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride being linked to dementia.

Because of this, I am stopping dut use.

I have great hair and I really do want to do my best to preserve it but I value cognitive function more.

The brain relies mainly on test and estrogen in the brain as dht levels are low anyway and 5ar in will slightly increase both

Wont do much, not that youll notice anything but if its going to do anything its gonna improve cognition

One of the men with the highest IQs Rick Rosner has been on dutasteride for 2 decades.

Also, I genuinely dont give a fuck about POTENTIAL (and unproven) cognitive deficits when ill have a perfect NW0 hairline on roids into my 40s and 50s.

Fucking lmao at being on a looksmaxing forum and not crushing DHT like your life depends on it (your sex life definitely does).

DHT showed a stronger efficacy on neuroprotection than E2.

if you value hair over brain function then go ahead

Isn't fin and dut receptor specific? Of course it would still decrease the total DHT serum levels in your body but that isn't much of a problem when you already have supraphysiological amounts.

why would you already have supraphysiological amounts?
If your pinning test? Why else would you use 5ar with natty levels of dht. To prevent balding or are you already shredding hair😂

Looks interesting,im gonna see if theres any similar human studies
