dht is useless after your puberty is done at 18-19.
It just makes people, who have genes for AGA (androgenic alopecia), bald.
It also increases acne, lowers wound healing and some other health problems as you age.
As long as you're not one of those ~5% of people who get bad side effects from meds, you're good.
dht blockers also lower sperm quality, but they go back to normal once you get off (3 months for finasteride, and ~9 months for dutasteride and your sperm is back to normal)(yes, I know that one duta study, that doesn't count since it was done at infertility clinic)
