im 5ft 11 at 61 how can i grow taller to at least 6ft1, Are my growth plates closed as i already have a pretty good beard going,since jan ive only gone from 5ft 10 to 11.need advice,i have an okay physic been going gym since nov 2024 was cutting till june now im kind of "bulking"nothing crazy only 100 cal above mantanince.

Check if ur growth plates are closed with an xray,and no u cant do it at home.If theyre closed its over without surgery but if theyre open just do the basics,9h of sleep a night,in a dark and cold setting,Working out is really important especially squats since they put a good load of stress under the femur.Eat well to fuel ur muscles and bones.Dont smoke.Now doing all of this might add 1 to 2cm of height if u have good genes,but if u really want real growth js take peptides or hgh

First of all go do an xray to check if your growth plates are open, if they are hop on 4-10 UI of hgh and use Aromatase inhibitors to delay your plates fusion. You could also hop on test. Oh and by the way never cut in puberty, eat as much as you can.
