you should really reconsider your choices if you want to run acutance for just your nose and lips

nigga why would accutane make ur lips bigger. and accutane only makes ur nose smaller if you have lots of oil glands on it because isotret shrinks the glands it wont structurally change ur bone or cartilage only essentially makes ur nose skin thinner.

It only makes your nose appear smaller I wouldn’t rely on it for that specific goal

Acutene lowers your IGF-1 levels if you want to make your nose smaller use a Hydro Cortisone
