I think taller is stronger, but for like pure strength there seems to be a sweet spot, usually 6”2-6”4 is perfect for robust strength.

Im legit 6 ft so I hope by fixing anterior pelvic tilt I can get to 6 ft 1 or at least just under, but got other issues to worry about first jfl.

6 ft 6 is also biologically too tall for a man, which may have an impact on his lifespan. I mean, even 6 ft 5 for mogging is bordering on excessive.
