When I mean the s shape, I mean from gonions to cheeks to zygos, like notice the angularity

Id check up if I have bite issues (lip shaping is weird), if yes, get damon braces or check up your palate

Clear up your skin
Otoplasty or just pin ears back
Id suggest gonial implants for more angularity imo
Lean down a bit more to 12% bf
Id suggest fat grafting or filler on your lips, they're fucking thin beyond your repair
