6% bodyfat, is it possible?

My recession and short face syndrome is so severe and so brutal I dont look human right now at 16% bodyfat. I look like a god damn animal not a person. I think the only thing that could ascend me to low mtn is starving. Is it realistic to achieve 6% bodyfat with enough dedication? Btw if I dont look human at that bodyfat im roping

not worth it since low mtn is still not appealing to women and 6%bf is almost impossible to maintain.

Instead of roping you should get psychotherapy and/or properly hardmax.

I would hardmax if I was low inhib but im high inhibcel health anxiety cel ill never commit to a real hardmax i would just delude myself into continuing life as a subhuman and thats a life i dont want deep down

When I starved maxed at 16to around 8 percent body fat was rated as a htn and my base is mtn so yeah I believe you can do this

Well, there is the problem if I understand correctly: recessed jaws, which is why most people are here. You either fix this with orthodontic treatment or some pseudoscience like thumbpulling or others
