6% bodyfat, still bloated

I am 115 pounds, 5’8 at 20 years old (east asian, 17.5 bmi). People still say my face looks bloated. I have no bone structure and horrible facial fat. What hardmaxx can I do to fix this? Because any softmaxx won’t save me.
I thought at first that I could still loose my bloat because I already had an extremely high sodium and sugar diet, and never utilized the lymphatic system whatsoever. So for the past month I been working with the 4:1 potassium sodium diet and low carbs and sugar, also going to the gym to do light cardio and to build my frame. But further research tells me at my body fat it’s over for softmaxxing. I need tips please to fix this.

I ate strictly high protein, no fats, limtied sugars, limited carbs but only ate them as a preworkout.

I gym everyday hitting upper body till im sore as fuck blasting music, Im on ostarine.

Average day can consist of lean turkey + gravy, some protein bars and yogurts, egg whites chocolate milk shake, then some chicken and rice.

If u ever feel like ur "getting fat" on it and ur abs are less visible, lift harder with more intensity, walk hella steps, limit the carbs a bit more and just be tracking what u eat like an autist.

My face hasnt got bloated at all its fucking insane. I was someone who starved my dick off cuz i was super insecure of my shit bones. Honestly bro it probably is ur bones, get some filler, and then hop on cycle so ur not stressing abt muh is my face fat as fuck. Yes obviously track if ur face is becoming fat, but chances are if u can see ur untrained abs, ur doing good and fine.

u need chin and jawline fillers or genioplasty. Nigga id just get fillers ur at a good age to get it, get like 2ml chin, make sure to put emphasis on getting filler on the chin crease.

This is why looksmaxxing saves lives, u cant be 115lbs at 20 brah. If its tormenting u so much to the point where u gotta starve to 115lbs as a 20 year old u should 100% be getting fillers man in ur lower third ASAP

Also specifically with gym gains, Im probably going to eat things similar to what you mentioned, but with whey protein and ill look for some creatine instead ostarine for now. Is that still fine?

How much muscle do you have? Can you see separation in your biceps and triceps without flexing? I bet you have no abs or pecs lil nigga. You have teenage girl muscle mass, so your bf% is higher than you think

Low weight has no relation to bloating, you can be 85 pounds but still be bloated, its about water retention
