6 ft 4 feels short these days

I'm 6'4 flat, about 6'4.3 right after I wake up and 6’3.8 right before bed. Today I went out wearing flat shoes instead of usual thick-soles and I felt like a midget. So many women almost my height or even taller. I only feel tall around really old people.
