Tobacco. Helps a lot to disinhibit. My mistake was to use it as an antidepressant, resulting in me taking it whenever I felt bad or anxious. Worked well but ruined my skin and will probably ruin my life later. Can't get rid of it unfortunately, because it's too useful; it to be in social situations or just to feel good.
