Solution
A
Yes, if you have cancer in your family or diseases that increase possibility of cancer, it speeds up possibility of cancer and it speeds up unharmful precancerous cells making them harmful

But hgh doesn't work either way so you won't be missing out on anything

the tumor will only grow if u alr had it b4

yea i know but like realistically if i had one would it become a big risk with the 'cycle' provided?

Regarding your question
The increase in cancer risk would closely parallel the increase in cell division, while gene damage at this level of oxidative stress would be high, it would not be without limits, nevertheless, the overall impact would be highly significant in my opinion.
Given that your relatives have had cancer this risk may be even higher, but if you're really ready to take growth hormone, you should always be prepared for the risk of developing cancer, so, ultimately, the decision is yours alone, but I strongly recommend checking u body every two weeks in hospital if u really gonna do it

About 0.

Acromegalics only have a 1.2-1.5x increase of cancer rates and theyre basicly on 20ius for years on end

Chance of developing a new tumor - not that different
But if you alwready have an undiagnosed tumor it would grow faster

If you havent had an experience with a tumor then there prob isnt one that just spawned in but if you have one growth could defo happen

Elevated oxidative stress is closely linked to greater height, if growth hormone somehow promoted not only cell division but also DNA expression (through methylation and, ultimately, DNA damage), this would be of great significance, but, realistically you're right, even with aromatization, and in some way blocked the proteins that prevented the elongation of long bones, the increase in growth hormone levels won't be significant if his genetics aren't suited for it

I have no idea, where you're going with this, elevated oxidated stress is a byproduct of growth (specifically igf1) not something linked to greater height, it's quite the opposite, high oxidative stress is a primary driver of chondrocyte apoptosis (cell death) and i have no idea where you're going with DNA expression, wouldn't methylation do the opposite? Also it doesn't matter if the genetics are suited or not, neither hgh, blocking proteins or even estrogen would make him taller then his genetics allow (and what he would achieve naturally)
