How do i fix my horribly recessed infras? Im going to try get a palate expander (im 14) also rate my side i think its sub5 or maybe high balled to a ltn also iv only softmaxxed

good ascension especially at 14, but honestly idk if an expander will help the infras. If not, get implants when your 18

Thats what im planning on doing if they dont help but an expander does help infras

descent ascension. Just get implants when ur 18. your only 14 tho so you still going through puberty
