Compound lifts are key for nattys. Stop wasting your time with bullshit isolation stuff. This is what happened when I actually did focused on progressive overload on OHP, weighted pull ups, bench, squat, db pullover

lifefuel for natties like me tbh, gym is inconvenient as fuck because of university commute distance, exams, family etc so my dad helped me build a home gym

for compound lifts, non barbell movements should be enough right? as long as i’m adding resistance to moves like pull-ups, chin-ups, dips etc

ofc, may even be better for symmetry. I just prefer barbell

thanks bro

yeah i cant do handstand push-ups yet so i use my 35kg adjustable barbell for OHP, it’s fine if i progressively overload using resistance bands right?
