good shit, i started gym around 8ish months ago and put on a lot of size at 16 from my home gym more or less following same routine and supplement as u but its probably just newbie gains:I completely quit smoking and drinking during this time period. Tracked macros and stayed in a very small surplus. Tracked weight and rep count of every set and made sure to progress every lift even if it was just a one more rep than last time. I took creatine, multivitamins, ashwaganda + magnesium glycinate, and a few other things but I forgot. I made sure I was getting good sleep every night. I ate clean foods about 80% of the time. I used a ppl x arnold split for the majority of this and programmed it pretty well. I also made sure I was drinking plenty of water. For the workouts themselves I used a pre called stage one and occasionally took liquid glycerol. I gained around 15 lbs with very minimal fat and just for reference I had been bigger than the first picture before but lost the physique due to bad habits however I had never been as big as I was in the second picture.
Hell yeah bro you look way better. I’ve been in the gym since I was 14. You will make a majority of your gains in that first year or two if everything is dialed. However like in my case it took me awhile to actually do things right so I didn’t make anywhere near as much progress as I could have. This was my starting point but I had played sports my whole life.good shit, i started gym around 8ish months ago and put on a lot of size at 16 from my home gym more or less following same routine and supplement as u but its probably just newbie gains:
