I took measurements at the start of the year to sorta track progress,
my goals were: 90kg bulked 85 kg cut
i probably should've but i decided to not bulk because i didnt wanna descend my face and i play 2 sports yearround + fast metabolism + i find eating hard

Arms: 30 cm
Waist: 28inch
Bidelt: 19.5 inch
Height:189cm
Weight: 70-72kg
1st of june halfway
16.75
Arms: 34cm
Waist: 28 in
Bidelt: 21in
Height: 191 cm
Weight: ~78 kg
feeling pretty pumped , all natural though i do plan on hopping on in the future for sure would hop on now but no access to roids
im relatively on pace tbh considering i was pretty inconsistent, but then again prior to the new year id gone to the gym like tops of 20 times in my life total so could all js be newbie gains
