It’s hard for me to say bc I grew 3 inches in this time period so I leaned out just by that. Whats weird about it is that I’m actually 5 pounds heavier now but much less BF. so Idk exactly but I’m 6 2 170 rn and was 5 11.5 165 before

Thanks. Although leaning out was a big part of the difference I did a lot more than just that. Better maxilla, chin is more protruding, deeper set eyes/no sclera show. However none of that would’ve even mattered if I didn’t lose body fat so lean is law
