What was ur routine, how often, daily
Did it daily and honestly the ammount of times I do it per day varies I try to do multiple sessions per day

Im not a fucking weirdo who wears headbands around but in the picture I was coming home from baseball and I wore it so hair didn’t get in my eyes JFL but such little changes can make drastic differences

It’s hard for me to say bc I grew 3 inches in this time period so I leaned out just by that. Whats weird about it is that I’m actually 5 pounds heavier now but much less BF. so Idk exactly but I’m 6 2 170 rn and was 5 11.5 165 before
6 2 isnt 170cm

What did u take to aid with it? How did u progressively overload?

tongue chewing, thumbpushing and hard mewing actually worked for me. Leanmax helped the most tho. And for eyes u can just look up basic eye excersizes on Google and TikTok they all work.
how many minutes were you thumb pushing daily?
