6 months ago I was in the same shape as in the first picture (I've been going to the gym for 7 months), my weight was about 76kilos, but I thought I could keep those muscles thanks to home gymnastics, but after a month I stopped doing anything and started eating 1 meal a day, now I have literally zero muscle mass, my body looks disgusting, I've lost everything, I don't know how long it will take to regain my best shape.

You can gain it back much faster than it originally took to build

I'm now convinced that to maintain muscle, good nutrition is even more important than exercise.
