Lol. The Brits and French built 90% of all of africa's infrastructure.

All their roads and concrete cities were built by Euros.

The other 10% of infrastructure is from the recent Chinese investments.

The second Brits and French got kicked out, development ceased. All the roads stopped being maintained and slowly began falling into disrepair.

Africa is poor because they violently removed the people who were organising the continent. They didn't engage in a slow transfer of power, they just took power even though they knew fuck all about managing states.

Look at my family's homeland. Zimbabwe was a first world country, everything was going good, even the black people were living decent. The blacks maintained their right to self governance. The chiefs were allowed to run their societies without white intervention, they even had a certain number of seats in the government reserved for the black population (whites also got seats reserved too). It was all good, most black people were actually fine with how things were being run. But a group of Soviet backed retards got into power and fucked it all up. Farms were stolen and given to black families practically at random, crop yield collapsed obviously. They printed quadrillions of currency. They turned a first world nation into one of the poorest nations on earth.

And the average black person really was fine with the old government, even today, they keep the streets of white built areas clean and try their best to maintain the white made infrastructure.

South africa is different, they were racist as fuck and the black people there don't give a shit about maintaining the Dutch made infrastructure, the cities are littered with trash.
