How does it feel to undergo a heavy and expensive surgery to see no improvement ?

He just did bimax, of course will be asymmetric, its still swollen, and the swelling will be bigger in one side than another

Need to wait at least 5 months to evaluate better the results

Exactly most nighas don’t understand surgery. I’ll be getting rhino and paranasal in a few weeks as well

Did you not already get rhino? To me it looks like your nose is more upturned than in the past. Or is that because of bimax? I don't think a rhino is necessary anymore.

Ngl I’ve always been asymettric, but that’s ok Perfect symettry wont be a thing for most plus i have plans in the pipeline for ascending
