He does not look like a cuck anymore.
With a hairtransplant, lean face and tan he will look good enough to have sex.

I don't know, but Y did a good job here anyway
yeah
wasnt possible to do better tbh

his soft tissue is so trash, he could never have hollow cheeks
he's boneless overall
looks like he's quite high in bf% too

He definitely could’ve used a Trimax, not just for aesthetic purposes but functional purposes. I wouldn’t doubt this guy having some form of obstructive sleep apnea later in his life. I’ve seen a few people lately who originally went to your Dr. Yaremchuk for implants but later had those implants removed and underwent Trimax (they’ll have those implants replaced eventually). I’m not going to mention any names but these are results of Dr. Y that have been posted a multitude of times.
do you think his maxilla could allow for enough movement?
to me looks like he'd run into the chimp issue with even a conservative movement
he looks recessed not just in lf1, but entirely

The implant took him from a LTN to MTN which is very solid for one surgery

He could possibly train his neck and lose bodyfat and be a HTN but hard to say without seeing the eye area

How much do you think he paid for it? If it’s like 5k I’d say why not
OP says around 20k but still he needs something else first imo looks kinda shitty still

His jaw improved a lot. Of course hairline could be better and he could be slimmer but we are talking about jaw and it improved a lot.

The more wraparounds I see the more I think they just add too much overall mass without angularity. I think instead of a full wraparound the best course is to do a genioplasty then get ramus/angle implants. He does look way more masculine though...

I hear you. This man isn't an ideal candidate for jaw implants, at least not for a chiseled or angular look, and his round face makes it unsuitable for jaw implants to take effect optimally.

He could get his buccal fat pads out, and with the right implant design, he could have a more angular look.

Besides, the beard prohibits us all from knowing what's really going on. Also, six weeks isn't enough to tell.

It looks like he's not very lean or at least his face isn't... maybe he needed downgrafting or something to make his face longer but it seems even with a decent design some people just don't improve much no matter what.

This guy improved a lot. Compare the jaw on the left and on the right. Right is much better. Of course he's not a chad but still better than what he was.

Honestly, it's a pretty good result. We can't say for sure that if he chose bimax instead, that he would look better. Some bimax examples look better, and some look worse. Not everyone wants a major, highly invasive surgery, and not everyone is going to look like a male model after one plastic surgery. People here have very unrealistic standards.

Yes.

But he is more angular. Angular =/= male model. Keep in mind he is still dealing with swelling, so he'll get more angular as time goes on.

I agree, tons of people on here call results "uncanny" when they would never even notice them IRL. It's just a cope. People here hate anyone getting a surgery that makes them look better other than bimax.

This guy does look good. I think the wraparound did what it was meant to do.

I do not know if he had cheek implants; I feel as though he could have benefited by having cheek implants. His mid-face looks droopy or tired (weak) a little bit.

The right mid-face enhancement can still make him look more Chadish. Overall, I think he looks much much, much better than before.

Cheekbone implants are so difficult to do right that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

yeah idk why people cope with "muh natural". zero angularity.

people here forget that he paid fucking 20k for this surgery.

It is too early to judge that guys results. I've been through the process, it takes a minimum of 4 1/2 months to start to not look bloated. You will still look somewhat bloated until a little over 6 months - swelling takes A LONG time to go down.

If you did multiple procedures and are recovering from them in the same period it will take even longer.

Also, for those with thick skin you want implants that are sharper and straighter so you get the angularity and not bloat through your skin. It should superhumanly straight on the design because you have to consider soft tissue is laying over that.

The problem Dr. Y does a lot is he makes the gonians TOO LOW. This makes the gonian-to-chin angle flatter and less pronounced - therefore lacking definition & angularity. ESPECIALLY if you have wide midface going into it, you need higher gonians for a stronger taper. Lower gonians will make you look bloated because they add too much mass to your face
