just woke up and measured myself after a few months and just hit 191cm

went from 184 to 191 in 10 months at 18 nearly 19.

not bad

its never over

i attributed this to possibly catch up growth after 18 months of yoyo dieting on psmf and then finally getting lean tbh

I have 5'7 father and 5'4 mother. I ended up 5'8. Funny thing is that she was estimated to be 5'7 when she was young. Maybe I could grow a little more, but its not looking too bright for me.

I haven't done xray but im prob not done cause ive grown a bit recently. I guess I'm around avg height cause im in PR. People here aren't too tall.
