I need 100g of protein per day to build a good physique in 1.5 to 2 years. Any tips on nutrition? Preferably cheap

100g of protein is on the lower side honestly just eat whole foods and avoid ultraprocessed food and youll be fine
bro i'm 5'9 with 50kg:ogre: I need to eat more than 10 families to grow

Unfortunately, I found out about this and resolved it when I was 17. I've been sleeping badly since I was 7 years old, always with the worst sleep routine. Now I look back and I only feel regret for having done this.:feelswhy:
