For 60 days everyday im going to make it a habit to complete these challenges
- Full Carnivore
- Sober ( no drugs )
- Gym 1 hour + 1 hour cardio
- Test 250mg a week
- No org or social media
- Gonna try to also do nofap
- approach 1-5 girls a week
- Looksmaxxing / Softmaxxes

I believe all of this will not only improve my looks but also my mental , which is also a key aspect of looksmaxxing

Dont go to the gym everyday, you will fap on the 1st day and the rest is easy(idk about the girl part never tried it).

The diet should be easy just buy chicken hearts and liver theyre very cheap and sometimes some beef if ur low on money
