It may just look like a white leaning mulatto (or even mulatto-quadroon) with some mild east Asian seasoning.
They would likely have brown hair, 2c curls, almond eyes with maybe partial monolids, upturned nose, 5'10, beige skin. I honestly don't know how I would describe the eye color. Definitely would be an exotic phenotype.

West Africans have one of the strongest genetic dominance in visible traits. Pigmentation genes with high melanin (and other black features) will usually have a stronger phenotypic expression compared to other races.

Yeah, I know, but the Nordic pigmentation genes are strong especially when it’s 60%, so their pigmentation genes make up the vast majority so it wouldn’t be trivial.
