You can beat hair loss.

You have a thinning hairline and crown (nw2-nw3)

1. Take a DHT blocker such finasteride or dutasteride. If you are afraid of side effects take 1mg on alternate days or 0.5mg every day. You can take as low as 0.25mg per dey and still have 80% of the efficacy of a 1mg dose.
2. Take hair stimulants such as Rogain (minoxidyle) to thicken existing thinning hair
3. Combine it with microneedeling for better efficacy

You've gone too far on the Norwood scale

1. Do a hair transplant: even as NW6 or NW7 you can be a good candidate for a hair transplant (this is going to be a 2 step procedure)
2. Continue taking medicine to preserve existing and the transplanted hair with the above protocol
