I'm starting to get old, I'm getting closer to 30 than 20. I've never liked weight training. I currently weigh 60kg and am 1.82m tall. I've already spent months weight training, but I don't gain any muscle mass, just get toned, then I stop because I lose motivation. My only solution is to hope on roids For a beginner, what would you recommend? test? SARMS ? What was your first cycle like? Any suggestions are welcome.
