i turned 16 a couple months ago and as of now im 6ft 0.8 (185cm) which is basically 6'1, but like 6'2 with shoes
been sleeping daily like 10 hours and its been working like crazy
any other methods? is my height at my age good enough? idek if my growth palates are fused yet cuz i cba to ask my paretns to let me take an x ray jfl

Bro 6,2 with shoes is nice in 3 years you can become 6,4 and maybe even taller but its all about genes

and you’re at the point where height starts giving massively diminishing returns
if you’re 6’1 barefoot, you can easily fraud to 6’4
