thank you, you put everythong very well. I am gonna get to 15 %, grow longer metalhead hair and get rhino but keep masculine looking nose and i think i can be solid htn or even high htn. Do you have any other recommendations and please if you can specifu in what coungry is your college. Thank you again.

well i am 186cm barefoot and i have very wide frame, so i when i wear rall boots i am about 188. I hit the puberty late and i am still growing so i will not risk my hormones with 10 % bf, but thank you it was helpful.
