good physique and height, nose and lower lip are your biggest falios, although they can only be significantly altered through surgeries

use oral minoxidil and bimatoprost for lash and eyebrow density, grow out your hair

filler below your nose, on your ramus and zygos would help with your recessions

also hop on accutane if you arent already, and maybe a diuretic for less bloat
