6’11 Need Advice on Weight

Yes I do I have been monitoring since I was 2. My aorta size is below the average for my height and age. And yes I do realize I can rupture my aorta MUCH easier. Also the height is from my parents. My dad is a 6’4 swed and my mother is 6’0

Eat way less potatoes bro. Plain potatoes are one of the most satiating foods. Also eat less vegetables and focus on junk food. Try and get 5000-6000 calories per day. You're one of the few cases where your ONLY option is to dirty bulk and oil up all your food
 
I’m 18 now and I left this this site coming back every so often just for fun. But I’m back in need of real advice. I need to be able to put on any kind of weight and muscle. I have only ever hit 170 lbs. I consume 4500, calories a day and only lift twice a week but still my weight doesn’t change. I am super NT and the only thing i desire right now is to become massive. Currently I am 18 and 165 lbs. I have no idea why I can’t gain weight. My diet is pretty much meat and potatoes. Just a ton of kefir milk red meats, salmon oats/potatoes and veggies.
