6'2 140 HTN Should I lean bulk or bulk normally?

I'm 6'2 140 pounds, just started gymmaxxing. very skinny so I wanna get jacked ASAP but I have a good face and am in college and can already slay and don't wanna get super bloated so that I can't, especially since my fat distribution genetics make me gain fat in my face FIRST.

Should I lean bulk by +200 calories or normally bulk by +500? Or something else?

200 calories, But it’s gonna be very slow. I recommend a normal bulk. If you wanna grow your hair out you have to go through the awkward phase. The same logic applies to your body

ur muscles dont matter just stay at mainitenance youll grow more than you will ever need

I'd say a 200-300 calorie surplus would be good depending on how much you want to descend

If you're doing it natty it's going to take a long, long time to get big if you don't want to bulk and temporarily descend, especially coming from 140lbs. If you want results quick, do a cycle. If you're happy to wait for several years then stick to 200 cals because that is enough to make progress.

If your current bf% is good. Than just be at same callories as one burns, but be high preotein to support muscle growth

I'm 2 years gym coping soon, fully natty and staying low fat always. And I am not big at all. For sure it takes a long long time. but i will never get fat, that's a no go

i never bulked. because I don't want to be fat, being fat is brutals for my face. Someone assumed I used fillers, when they saw a pic of me from 2 years ago when I was 18% bodyfat orso. The slightest fat, goes straight to my face, making my face look bloated.

I only do maintenance, and below maintenance when i want to lose fat.

i was and am heavy on protein amount. it helps to feel less hungry also (it a slow and longer source of energy).
1.5 to 2 grams protein, per 1 kg of bodyweaight

no, not exactly.
before gym, I was 80kg, and like 18% bodyfat.
At some point in the past 2 years, I was 75kg at my least weight. I am now 77kg ranges. I am now at like 11% bodyfat, and was so most of the time, since after like 6 months of gym

except, you now have more muscle and less fat?
for sure I have more muscle mass, and for sure I have less fat.
what is your height and weight?
188cm and 77kg
