Use tretinoin ,starting from 0,025% . Also grow your hair and take oral monoxidil alongside with castor oil on eyebrows,lattise eyelashes and use beta carotene and vit D 100μg. Train neck and masseter too also you can do a lip filler ( upper lip) mark as solution
