I have a bad side profile but my every other angle is good, been working on posture recently, going back to orphadontist (Invisalign) gonna see what I can do with my mandibles. ( perfect teeth rn just forgot to wear retainers but not moved severely)

Also I made sure to get the worst angle of mandible, cause I want hard rating cause I was de bloated in the other pic so lowk frauding but oh well

I feel like short ramus is more of a problem than mandibles for you. I mean they are both bad but longer ramus would make a huge difference as opposed to better mandible with no ramus difference
 
well at least ur 6'3

but eventually at some point if ur too chopped u will end up in a jacksfitness type situation

gymaxxing might be beneficial for you if ur facial genetics are cooked, no one can call you a gymcel at 6'3"

For ramus really not that much softmaxxing sorry. What is your bodyfat would you say?
Probably 17%? Ive got some fat on my belly, but still visible 4pack, started eating carnivore and gained 6 kg in a week so idk

get to 10% bf it can help for jaw definition. Also idk if you are mewing on that side pic because ngl if you are and it still looks like that you may need hardmaxxing for atleast ramus. But my advice is get a skincare routine, gua sha for debloating (but you have to do it every day otherwise its cope because its temporary debloating). Then get to 10% bf also gymaxx a little and when you are at 10% post again we will see. Front is fine tho just the side is really bad.

I’ve never used skin care and my skin is crystal clear, red mark under my eye is birth mark, I can use beef tallow though? Also will beef tallow cook me while tanning?

And for the skincare i just said that because everyone needs a skincare routine trust me because if your skin is fine now it doesnt mean it wont go bad. For beef tallow im not sure but definetly need to use sunscreen every morning or else your skin will sag in a couple years if you are in the sun often. I would say mtn for now but potential for more.

Would that not affect hormones? And also Is chin tucks and posture exercises cope?

chin tucks are not really just cope so you can try them but need to be consistent. But for ramus like i said only hardmaxx and ofcourse be lean first to see your true potential. Sunscreen is fine just need to find a good one with not a lot of bs chemicals inside
