NEED HELP facial asymmetry, posture, braces (H1qs please save me ;-;)

Im asking for guidance on fixing my asymmetry here i will explain my situation

First of all i have always had a slightly asymmetrical face where looking at my face it is clear one side is asymmetric.
My asymmetry is clear in my face and teeth. where one side of my face is more developed than the other but not in features more just my cheekbones on one side is slightly flatter and my jaw (mandible) goes to a slightly different angle > to better explain looking from my jaw from under you can see where the normal jaw will form sort of a \__/ whereas on my jaw one side goes slightly inwards which in total makes my face more asymmetrical.

Potential causes:

Braces:

I feel like my braces could potentially be causing my assymetry. i have had braces previously however my teeth became messed up again because i broke my retainers then since i got braces for the second time 2 years ago and have had them since and they also had to file slightly inbetween my teeth so apparently there was space for them to move (im cooked) and i have noticed that my back teeth arent connected to the braces not sure if this is normal but the last teeth connected have moved inwards on my narrower side over time so my right back molar has moved inwards however my back molar on the other side hasnt. so to summarise my braces made my right lower molar (not my back molar) to retract.


Posture: i have a slightly asymmetrical posture.

its literally just that side of jaw u can see in the pic its narrower in my face other than that my face is pretty symmetrical its like that side jaw is narrower and my cheekbones sick out more on that side

if not i'd also recommend browsing the orthotropics subreddit since they can analyze whatever issues you have and list routines

For teeth. I'd reccomend braces

For face, sleeping on my back improved my symmetry BUT it does take hella time so be patient with it.
