25 inch bideltoid is 1 in a million that’s extremely rare. Might even look a little out of place. I think you’re underestimating the difference an inch of shoulder width can make.

20 -> 21, 21 -> 22, etc… all make a huge difference

6'3 height and 25'' mogger frame decimates average height and 5.5psl face (REMINDER average = manlet).
there is little difference between 4.5psl face and 5.5psl face when compared to the visual inequality of 6'3 versus average height.
the comparison would be better if it was to a 5'10 height and 7psl face which would be a harder decision as the 7psl manlet could actor maxx but would get instantly demoralized by 6'3 25'' frame ugly moggers. even in that scenario id probably pick 6'3 height and 25'' frame as you can always reasonably surgerymaxx to get to 6psl face from 4.5psl but you cant surgerymaxx to 6'3 height without serious life threatening surgery which even if successful would likely impede mobility long term.
