I was like 330 or sum and now im 155, luckily I don't have any extra skin at all but im also not lean at all, I was thinking of doing Protein-Sparing Modified Fasting, while lifting like 5 days weekly but im not sure if thats ideal for me rn. So basically can anyone give me advice I can do pretty much any diet I don't struggle dieting anymore but I wanna know what I can do to get lean relatively fast.
