I was like 330 or sum and now im 155, luckily I don't have any extra skin at all but im also not lean at all, I was thinking of doing Protein-Sparing Modified Fasting, while lifting like 5 days weekly but im not sure if thats ideal for me rn. So basically can anyone give me advice I can do pretty much any diet I don't struggle dieting anymore but I wanna know what I can do to get lean relatively fast.

fuck any diet methods. its all calories in/calories out so do more cardio or smth but fuck people who tell you to do shit like keto or anything.

Proper macro plan for most people:
2g/kg protein
0,6-1g/kg fats (depends on person)
rest calories would be carbs

1g protein=4 kcal
1g fat=9 kcal
1g carb= 4kcal

Just make a meal plan according to these and add cardio :feelsautistic:

depends on you, maybe you overestimste your bf. Can you handle it?(food focus, brain fog, sleep, workouts). Send me picture ill tell you
