Going from a small, weak, bullied and unathletic kid to being 6’4, jacked and having people look at you with fear/ awe/ admiration gives you more dopamine and is better for your mental health than anything else.

Simply walking around in public or large crowds in and of itself is pure pleasure. It doesn’t get any better knowing you are basically invincible (minus like 5 guys attacking you, or someone with a weapon, but that doesn’t happen unless you’re involved in gang violence or do something really fucking stupid)

My face is pretty good I'd say, but I do have a weak chin. I don't really leanmaxx but I'm at a good weight for my height/frame. I'm like 190ish I think.
