6’4 LMTN 21 Inch Bidelt

I’m A Gymcel Yes. But to be honest I just need advice on how to ascend my eye area, already have barely any upper eyelid exposure (specifically dark under eyes) and slim my fucking nigger nose some more. I know I need braces and DJS and was thinking about MARPE but it’ll probably turn me ogre, wish I had better infras too. I also know I have asymmetry
