Rate me I'm 15 yo 6'5 trynna get lean currently 195 lbs pretty good amount of muscle mass I've just started my journey and I had a decent fast glow up so I fell in love with the process. My nose isn't too bad (maybe u meant to help my nose to mouth ratio?) my lips are pretty small but it's not that alone it's the width though it ain't even that hard/expensive to get a fat graft for them or something so in the future I'll consider it thx tho

Nah bro, fronts nice too. Just thin lips but thats nothing to worry about, as if u want to get surgery its one of the easiests and cheapest
