Its common, however theres always a catch, whether it be balding, or wide hips. My 6'6 friend was a legit gigachad in terms of SMV, due to him being HTN. However his SMV got raped after he went bald, he also has wide hips, ok frame, but i have better physique than him.

He had htbs+ on rotation when he was HTN. Now he fucks LTB'S that i wouldnt touch. Sure if he wasnt 6'6 he wouldnt get anything, but u get my point
