65% of the world population is lactose intolerant

How did you come to the conclusion you’re lactose intolerant, then? :Comfy:
checked the gene chromosome in my raw data file from 23andme. I have the alleles for lactase intolerance.

Think of it this way; this is the only place where we can freely express our thoughts, feelings, with anyone — without any social repercussions. For better or for worse.

I’m glad we are here together. Even though we are so far apart we can still relate 🤩

That’s why I’m glad to see you around here, we go back a long way. :Comfy:

I still remember coping and arguing your country about whether or not it’s South Asian (it’s not :feelshmm:).

Glad you came to the right conclusion lol 😌

I also admit that Punjab has had lots of influence on us, we’re neighbours (maybe not good ones)

I was influenced by coping ethno-nationalists, I took their posts for gospel rather than doing some research.

Tbh, if it’s up to me, KPK can join AFG but on the condition you take Pothohar plateau as well, I don’t want to share a country with these napak libtards who follow western culture. :feelskek:

And well it’s fine bhai, it’s not like we’ve been the best neighbors either. :feelswah:

M is an indigenous South Asian maternal haplogroup, but you knew that already. R1a is Indo-European Steppe paternal haplogroup, I think.

Yeah it’s kind of brutal that most modern-day South Asians, whether Pakistanis, Bharatis, have an indigenous mtDNA but a foreign Y-DNA. :feelswhat: Goes to show there were always race traitors around. Instead of only accepting H or K F C Y-DNA seed, they wanted that foreign R Y-DNA seed. :feelsree::feelsree::feelsree::feelsree::feelsree:

~65% of people worldwide (less common in Northern Europeans and East Africans) are lactose intolerant. Strange! I grew up drinking tons of milk and assumed everyone was able to drink milk. Funnily enough, most South Asians are lactose intolerant but I am not (confirmed by genetic testing, I do have good genes after all. :Comfy:).
You mean hypothyroid

People in Punjab and Haryana are Vegetarian India. They consume only Milk & Milk Products still mogger tbh. I saw somewhere that Dutch Were Tall also because of consuming much more Cheese and Other Milk Products.

same story. deleted my old account (PrinterandFaxMachine, I responded to your stuff now and then) and made this one 4 months later.

over 3 years ago there were people who said that you can leave this site but it'll never leave you. it's crazy how true it was.

How do you explain East Africans then? They’re not Indo-European. Could it be explained by the Out of Africa theory, where all non-Africans are basically offshoots of East Africans? According to geneticists.
theyre pastoralists so they grew up eating dairy and drinking milk, raw milk and dairy

so they developed their own gene of lactose tolerance that differs from the european lactose tolerance gene

usually 23andme and some other dna testing sites only check u for the european lactose tolerance gene

I wish I was lactose intolerant. I have a dairy allergy, which is even worse. I can't even take pills for it. I basically have to avoid dairy altogether. 💀

I remember when Haryana was still a part of East Punjab. But, mirin. They have good genes for height then at least. :feelshmm:

Wow, that’s interesting — I didn’t know those guys developed their own gene for that, that’s based. I wonder if South Asians developed our own as well or not. :ogre:

i love milk. i drink 1 gallon a day. high quality grass fed milk tastes like the perfect drink (sweet but not too sweet); gods gift to humanity.

Isn’t that too much?:feelswhat:
i gave myself an iron deficiency from consuming 2 gallons of milk a day.
this is because calcium and casein can inhibit absorption of iron from other foods.
