ok i see the issue now, the main noticeable feature of ur face is that ur lower lip is a bit bigger than ur upper lip and what i think the reason is you have a bit of an underbite because of maxillary recession so id recommend orthodontic appliances if ur young enough or if u cant afford it resort to at home methods like thumb pulling and it will definitely match ur under lip in size

Have you tried growing your lashes out and curling them? I bet it would help with contrast. Anyways main flaws, do you think you could get leaner perhaps? I think the main issues is that you need more muscle mass for a better frame, lower bf % (im guessing thats why your face looks a little bloated) Or developing a better bone structure.

Bone structure here combined with a lower body fat will go the longest way. Because you don't have the best side profile, your ramus isn't clearly visible and you have a soft/wide gonial angle. In the side pic it looks like your sticking your neck out, don't know if that was an accidental pose or if thats REALLY your posture lol. Work on posture a TON. How you sit, walk, and even how you breath and swallow.

Okay cmon man this could also just be mandibular recession aswell. I doubt his teeth arent aligned but maybe so. Which you could fix with orthognathic surgery or fillers. Try to improve chin projection as much as you can before hand. Also according to literally all leading data thumb pulling is bs.
