Since no one is giving actual advice I'll try, I'm going to assume you workout and are fairly healthy bc you appear to have low bodyfat%.
You are already a pretty good looking dude with nice facial definition, so just maintain good skincare routine, do redlight therapy, dye hair black for a more contrasted look, potentially get colored contacts(air optix is the only fda approved brand. Dont buy shit ones.) for more intense eyes. Could try longer hair something like a wolf cut or shag due to you having a longer face. Lastly we need to study up on fashion find a style we like. Having good style will do wonders for you, a hoodie and sweats/shorts are doing you any favors man.

It uses near infrared light to boost collagen, repair acne damage and scars, and can also help reduce inflammation in the face aka debloating. They make masks that fit on your face but exposure via just a lamp with a near infrared bulb would also achieve the same thing, just shine it on your face for about 10-15 minutes a day basically.
