Depends how long you were breast fed, what you ate how active you were growing up etc. My parents are 5'6 and 5'2 and I'm 5'11 barefoot I'm aiming to get to 6'1 but idk. tbh i just started taking alot of supplements and trying to increase height as much as possible and always did the right stuff when I was younger. at 16 I was 5'10 now I'm 5'11 after supplements and working out meaning maybe you can still grow if your plates arent closed but if it is I'm sorry you messed up your true potential and completely sold your blessed genetics
