68 vs 72 ipd

My ipd is actually at 68 mm (between 68-69) and with this mask period i feel so confident outside as i'm blessed with my eye area.
(i used to say 67 but i was supid AF as i was looking at the 67 mm graduation with my eye.... instead of just staring at my pupil and read the graduation only with my mind instead of using the eye)
Is 68 mm quite ideal ?

i don't want you to tell me about esr ratio, as a 64 mm ipd 0,46 esr will be less gl than a 68 mm ipd 0,46 esr.
I just wanna know the ideal ipd range and the upper limit at which you start becomming noticably less attractive and the lower limit az well.
